Graduated in Civil Engineering at Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora (UFJF/MG), 1996. MSc in Civil Engineering at State University of Campinas (Unicamp-Campinas/SP), 1998, presenting the thesis  Influência do fator de atrito no cálculo do transiente hidráulico (Friction factor influence on hydraulic transient calculation)”. Concluded the PhD program at Mechanical Engineering Dep., Escola Politécnica - University of São Paulo (USP/SP), presenting the thesis “Projeto, construção e analise de um sensor de impedância de múltiplos eletrodos aplicado à medição da fração de vazio em escoamentos bifásicos do tipo gás-líquido (Project, construction, and analysis of an impedance sensor for void fraction measurement in two-phase gas-liquid flow)”. I presently am developing a post-doc program on the  theme “Implementação de sensores de impedância para detecção e determinação da fração de vazio na entrada de uma válvula de expansão em ciclos de refrigeração (Impedance sensor implementation for determining the void fracton at expansion valves inlet of refrigeration cicles)” supported by FAPESP. Worked at the teaching assistant program, teaching the disciplines PME 2340 - Termodinamics I, and PME 2360 – Heat Transfer at Mechanical Engineering Dep., Escola Politécnica - Universidade de São Paulo (USP/SP) Escola Politécnica da USP, 2001. Have been working as researcher on the project “Chaminé para aquecedores de água a gás natural (Chimney for water heating using natural gas)” within SISEA/USP/COMGAS consortium, since 2005. I am also  an electronic technician with experiences in industrial instrumentation and process automation. Worked as electronic technician trainee in Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN), 1998; as civil engineering trainee in Fábrica de Estruturas Metálicas (FEM), 1995, and in Construtora Alber Ganimi Ltd, 1995. Actualy have 01 article published in international indexed journal, 01 article resume published in congress annals, and 04 complete articles published in international congress annals.
