Software to Download at the Decision Making Lab
The following packages are freely distributed
(most of our software is distributed under the GNU
license).
- JavaBayes:
Complete system for creating, editing and manipulating
Bayesian networks, in Java.
- EBayes:
A library for inference
in Bayesian networks that can be embedded in other
packages, in Java.
- BNGenerator:
A generator of random Bayesian networks with guaranteed
(asymptotically) distributional properties, well suited
for studying Bayesian network algorithms and theoretical
properties.
- 2UBayes:
A command-line utility for approximate inference in
binary credal networks --- implementation of the 2U,
Loopy 2U, IPE and SV2U algorithms.
- PPL:
A simple package that deals with propositional
probabilistic logic in Python.
- CRALC:
A package for inference with the probabilistic description logic CRALC, developed with support by FAPESP (project LogProb).
